摘要
烟草害虫每年给烟草种植造成了较大的损失,化学防治是控制其危害的主要手段之一。双酰胺类杀虫剂具有全新的化学结构,通过变构调节鱼尼丁受体或γ-氨基丁酸受体发挥作用,与常规杀虫剂的交互抗性风险较小,对烟草害虫具有一定的亚致死效应。国内外开发的双酰胺类烟草杀虫剂单剂和复配产品有多种,其施用方法灵活,对鳞翅目、半翅目和鞘翅目等类别的多种烟草害虫的防效显著,同时对非靶标生物安全。加强双酰胺类杀虫剂在烟草上的研究和应用,有利于实现烟草杀虫剂品种的多样化和对烟草害虫的有效防控。
Tobacco insect pests cause great losses to tobacco farming every year,and chemical control is one of the main means to manage their harm.Possessing novel chemical structure,diamide insecticides exert activity through allosteric modulation of ryanodine orγ-aminobutyric acid receptor.They present relatively low risk of cross-resistance with conventional insecticides,and certain sublethal effect on tobacco insect pests.Varieties of single and multi-way formulated products of diamide tobacco insecticides have been developed at home and abroad.They have flexible application methods and significant control effects on Lepidoptera,Hemiptera,Coleoptera and other orders of tobacco insect pests,and good safety to non-target organisms.Strengthening research and application of diamide insecticides on tobacco is conducive to realize diversification of tobacco insecticides and effective control of tobacco insect pests.
