摘要
随着“双万”建设的实施,作为具体承载任务的教学团队至关重要。以安徽大学物流管理专业国家一流专业建设点为例,探索物流管理专业教学团队建设,从教学团队定位、组织制度、师资队伍、课程教学、实践教学、教学研究、教学活动等方面梳理分析,为培养德智美体劳全面发展的创新型、复合型、应用型本科物流管理人才服务。
With the implementation of“double ten thousand”construction,the teaching team as a specific task undertaker is of great importance.Taking the national first-class professional construction point of the logistics management in Anhui University as an example,this paper explores the construction of teaching team for logistics management.From the orientation of the teaching team,organizational system,teaching staff,curriculum teaching,practical teaching,teaching research,teaching activities and other aspects,this paper aims to train the innovative,compound,application-oriented undergraduate logistics management talents who are morally and physically developed.
