摘要
在原LVDS隔离通信驱动电路的基础上进行改进,加入了预加重技术,使得电平转换时间缩小,增强了信号质量,提高了传输速度,增加了传输距离.采用了0.18μm BCD工艺对电路进行了仿真,仿真结果表明即使当电压需要达到稳定后电压的86.6%时,预加重改进后的电路电平转换时间(上升沿下降沿时间)改进比例达68%,效果显著.
The original LVDS isolated communication drive circuit is improved,adding pre-emphasis technology,which makes the level conversion time greatly reduced,enhanced signal quality,improve the transmission speed,increase the transmission distance.The circuit is simulated by 0.18μm BCD technology.The simulation results show that the change time of the pre-emphasis is 68%and the general improvement is 86%,and the effect is significant.
