摘要
为提高COVID-19患者的预检分诊效率与准确性,降低交叉感染率,根据《传染病防治法》《医疗机构传染病预检分诊管理办法》及相关文件规定,结合医院自身人员、设备、场地等特点,采用"先室外初级预检分诊分流,后专项次级分诊"流程。在医院门诊部室外设立预检分诊处,初步分流三类患者:有流行病学史或/和有发热、呼吸道症状者;无流行病学史,有呼吸道症状者;其他患者。患者依据分诊类别分别进入相应诊疗通道,第一类患者直接从室外分诊处引导至发热门诊室外,进行次级疑似COVID-19专项分诊;第二类仅有呼吸道症状的患者,引导至门诊指定区域候诊,避免与普通门诊病人混合;第三类普通病患者进入门诊科室。可以有效保障门诊医疗安全。
In order to improve the efficiency and accuracy of pre-check and triage of patients with COVID-19,and reduce the rate of cross infection,according to the Infectious Disease Control Act,Measures for the Management of Pre-examination and Triage of Infectious Diseases in Medical Institutions and other relevant regulations,combining with the characteristics of the hospital’s own personnel,equipment,and environment,the process of"outside primary preexamination triage first,then special secondary triage"was adopted.A pre-examination station was set up outside the outpatient department.People were initially divided into three groups:those with epidemiological history or/and having fever and respiratory symptoms;those without epidemiological history but having respiratory symptoms;other patients.Different groups of patients entered the respective channels.The first group of people was directly guided from the outside pre-examination station to the fever clinic,and had the special triage of patients suspected of COVID-19.The second group of people who only had respiratory symptoms were guided to special waiting room in the outpatient department,avoiding be mixed with other common patients.The third group was guided to the outpatient department.These measures can help to ensure the outpatient safety.
