摘要
本文通过实验研究了锂离子动力电池模块在导热阻燃油循环冷却条件下的散热特性,并与空气自然冷却实验结果进行对比,探究了导热阻燃油对锂离子电池模块冷却效果的影响。研究表明,与空气自然冷却相比,导热阻燃油循环冷却能够明显降低电池模块的温升,使最高温度得到有效的控制,温度均匀性进一步提高,但油温及油的流路会限制油冷方案的换热能力。
In order to obtain the heat dissipation characteristics of the lithium ion power battery module under the circulating cooling condition of heat-conducting and flame-retardant oil,an experimental study was carried out,Compared with the results of air cooling experiments.The effects of heat-conducting and flame-retardant oil on the cooling effect of lithium-ion battery module were investigated.The results show that compared with the air natural convective cooling,heat-conducting and flame-retardant oil cooling can significantly reduce the temperature rise of the battery module,effectively control the maximum temperature and further improve the temperature uniformity.However,the oil temperature and oil flow path will limit the heat transfer capacity of oil cooling scheme,which should be further considered in the design of the cooling system.
