摘要
目的:探讨急性淋巴细胞白血病(ALL)幸存患儿加强接种疫苗前后血清中麻疹、腮腺炎、风疹抗体水平变化。方法:回顾性分析2014年1月~2018年12月我院收治的47例ALL存活患儿的临床资料,检测其血清中麻疹、腮腺炎、风疹IgG水平,比较不同临床特征ALL幸存患儿,麻疹-腮腺炎-风疹联合疫苗(MMR)加强免疫前后麻疹、腮腺炎、风疹抗体水平。结果:性别不同的ALL幸存患儿血清中麻疹、腮腺炎、风疹抗体阳性率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);年龄、从治疗结束至试验间隔时间不同的ALL幸存患儿血清中麻疹、腮腺炎、风疹抗体阳性率有显著差异(P<0.05);加强免疫后麻疹抗体阳性率可提高腮腺炎抗体阳性率、风疹抗体阳性率显著(P<0.05)。结论:MMR加强免疫麻疹、腮腺炎、风疹抗体阳性率均升高,建议加强MMR疫苗接种,尤其是年龄<5岁及治疗结束后时间间隔>5年的ALL幸存患儿。
Objective:To investigate changes of serum measles,mumps and rubella antibody levels in acute lymphoblastic leukemia(ALL)surviving children before and after booster vaccination.Methods:Clinical data of 47 ALL surviving child admitted to our hospital from Jan 2014 to Dec 2018 were retrospectively analyzed.Serum IgG levels of measles,mumps and rubella antibodies were detected.Compared the measles,mumps and rubella antibodies levels among ALL surviving children with different clinical characteristics and before and after booster measles-mumps-rubella(MMR)vaccination.Results:Seropositive rate of measles,mumps and rubella antibodies showed no difference among children with different genders(P>0.05).Seropositive rate of measles,mumps and rubella antibodies showed significant difference among patients with difference ages and time intervals post-treatment(P<0.05).Seropositive rate of measles antibodies mumps antibodies,rubella antibodies were increased after booster MMR vaccination(P<0.05).Conclusion:Booster MMR vaccination increase seropositive rate of measles,mumps and rubella antibodies among ALL children,especially for those under age of 5 years and those who experienced over 5 years of time interval post-treatment.
