摘要
目的 了解解郁丸联合帕罗西汀对产后抑郁患者的临床疗效.方法 1 50例产后抑郁患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组75例.对照组患者给予帕罗西汀治疗,观察组在此基础上给予解郁丸治疗,疗程均为6周.比较两组患者的临床疗效、血清5-HT(5-羟色胺)、NE(去甲肾上腺素)、E2(雌二醇)、LH(黄体酮)和FSH(促卵泡生成素)的水平和不良反应发生率.结果 观察组的临床疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.01).两组患者血清5-HT、NE、E2、LH和FSH水平均明显升高(P<0.01),且以观察组更显著(P<0.01).观察组不良反应总发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05).结论 解郁丸联合帕罗西汀治疗产后抑郁效果良好,能显著提高5-HT、NE、E2、LH和FSH水平,具有较高的安全性.
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Jieyu pills combined with paroxetine in the treatment of postpartum depression. Method A total of 150 cases of postpartum depression were randomly divided into the Observation Group and the Control Group, 75 cases in each group. The Control Group was treated with paroxetine, while the Observation Group was treated with Jieyu pill combined with paroxetine. The course of treatment lasted 6 weeks. After the treatment, the clinical efficacy, serum 5-HT, NE, E2, LH and FSH levels, and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The clinical efficacy of the Observation Group was significantly superior to the Control Group(P<0.01). Both groups had the serum 5-HT, NE, E2, LH and FSH levels significantly increased after the treatment(P<0.01), and the Observation Group showed a more significant change(P<0.01). The Observation Group had the total incidence of adverse reactions significantly lower than the Control Group(P<0.05). Conclusion Jieyu pill combined with paroxetine had a good efficacy in the treatment of postpartum depression. It can significantly increase the serum 5-HT, NE, E2, LH and FSH levels and had a relatively high safety.
