摘要
劳动精神是推动社会进步的精神动力,具有丰富的内涵要求;现阶段,培育新时代大学生劳动精神应包含以勤为本、辛勤劳动,以诚为基、诚实劳动,以新为求、创造性劳动原则。新时代大学生劳动精神培育具有重要的价值意蕴,契合民族复兴伟业、助力高校完成立德树人目标和推动大学生自由全面发展。高校可通过理念建构、舆论引导、教育重塑、实践锻造等途径对培育新时代大学生劳动精神进行科学规划与扎实推进。
Working spirit is the spiritual power to promote social progress.The working spirit of new-era college students should include diligence,honesty and innovation.The cultivation of new-era working spirit conforms to the great mission of national rejuvenation,boosts the accomplishment of the goal of establishing virtues and cultivating people,and promotes the overall development of college students.Universities can plan and promote their cultivation of new-era working spirit through notion construction,opinion guidance,educational reshaping and practical training.
