摘要
权威与理性不是简单对立的,真正的权威是以理性为基础的。思政课教师的权威是取得良好教学效果的必要条件,也是一种强大的隐性力量。思政课教师的传统型权威在今天受到了挑战而陷入现实的认同困境。重构新型的思政课教师权威应当以理性为基石,做到以德行塑威、以善学生威、以善待立威。
Authority and rationality are not simply opposed to each other and the real authority is based on rationality.The authority of ideological and political teachers is the prerequisite for good teaching effects and also a powerful hidden force.Today,the traditional authority of ideological and political teachers has been challenged and has fallen into a realistic identity dilemma.Its reconstruction should take rationality as the foundation so as to shape the authority with the teachers virtues,create the authority with their high learning ability and build up the authority with their proper treatment of the students.
