摘要
综合录井仪电导率传感器是钻井液电导率参数检测的重要元件,为了适应海外钻井、外围钻井及连续快速钻井的需要,对传感器进行法定时限内现场检定尤其必要。基于电导率传感器电涡流检测原理,利用0.01级ZX32型交直流标准电阻箱作为标准源,以其接入穿过传感器感应环内闭合回路的电阻值代替钻井液电导率,利用STC89C52单片机设计了标准电阻值显示录入表,配套的上位机软件控制MSP430单片机系统以实现标准电阻值和电导率传感器输出电流值数据的接收,上位机完成检定数据的处理,并给出检定结论,设计的检定装置达到1.0级的指标,由于装置体积小,上位机与测试装置之间采用WiFi无线连接,装置非常适合现场应用。
The conductivity sensor of the integrated logging instrument is an important component for the detection of the conductivity parameters of drilling fluid.In order to meet the needs of overseas drilling,peripheral drilling and continuous fast drilling,it is particularly necessary to carry out on-site verification of the sensor within the legal time limit.Based on the eddy current testing principle of conductivity sensor,this paper used ZX32 standard resistance box of 0.01 level as the standard source,and replaced the conductivity of drilling fluid with the resistance value of the closed circuit through the sensor induction ring.The standard resistance value display input table was designed by STC89C52 single chip microcomputer,the supporting upper computer software controled the MSP430 single-chip microcomputer system to realize the reception of the standard resistance value and conductivity sensor output current value data.The upper computer completed the processing of the verification data,and gave the verification conclusion.The verification device designed reaches the index of 1.0.Because of the small size of the device,the upper computer and the test device are connected by WiFi wireless connection,so the device is very suitable for the field application.
