摘要 运用斜置曲柄滑块机构运动特征及弹簧特性,研究分析了破口执行机构的运动学规律,设计新式摩擦开袋机构。斜置曲柄滑块机构的运动特性和区域趋势与破口开袋所要求的速度规律相吻合,获得的机构运动曲线图可以对破口操作过程实施合理分配并得到验证。提出的斜置曲柄滑块机构及施压弹簧可以满足编织袋对预破口开袋连续高效稳定的操作要求。本研究对实现包装机编织袋开袋的自动高速化具有价值和意义。 The kinematics law of bag mouth breaking and opening actuator was studied and analyzed using the characteristics of tilting crank-slider motion mechanism and springs,and a new friction bag mouth opening mechanism was designed.The kinematic characteristics and area trend of the tilting crank-slider mechanism are consistent with the kinematic law required by the bag mouth breaking and opening.The obtained kinematic curve of the mechanism can be distributed reasonably to the operation process of bag mouth breaking and opening process and validated.The tilting crank-slider mechanism and pressure spring proposed in this paper can meet the continuous,efficient and stable requirements of mouth breaking and opening operation of woven bags.This research is of great value and significance to achieve high-speed automatic opening of plastic woven bag packaging machines.
