摘要
开展塔筒优化设计可以有效降低塔筒制造成本,针对现有塔筒优化设计方法的不足,提出了一种基于遗传算法的风机塔筒优化设计方法.介绍了基于遗传算法的风机塔筒优化设计方法.以某型1.5 MW风机塔筒为例开展优化设计,结果表明:在满足塔筒安全可靠的情况下,采用遗传算法能够有效实现塔筒优化设计,与传统设计方案相比可将塔筒质量减轻约10.3%.
In order to effectively reduce the manufacturing cost of the tower,it is necessary to optimize the structure parameters of tower.In view of the shortcomings of existing optimal design methods of tower,a method based on genetic algorithm for optimal design of tower is proposed.The optimal design method of tower based on genetic algorithm is presented in detail.Taking a 1.5 MW wind turbine tower as an example,the optimization design of structure parameters is carried out.The calculation results show that the optimal design of the tower can be effectively realized by using the genetic algorithm under the condition that the tower is safe and reliable,and the mass of the tower can be reduced by about 10.3%compared with the traditional design scheme.
