摘要
以钛合金精密铸件的荧光渗透检测结果为研究对象,通过多次酸洗的方式,探索了酸洗对表面缺陷荧光显示尺寸的影响。试验结果表明:荧光渗透检测时,酸洗可以充分暴露缺陷,有利于缺陷的检出。因此在钛合金铸件的制造过程中,荧光渗透检测前需对其进行酸洗,并严格控制单边酸洗量及酸洗次数,确保检测结果的可靠性。
Taking results of fluorescent penetration inspection of titanium alloy precision casting as research objects,the effects of pickling on the size of surface defects of fluorescence display were discussed by using multiple times pickling methods.The experimental results show that the pickling can fully expose the surface defects in fluorescent penetration inspection,which is beneficial to the detection of defects.Therefore,in the manufacturing of titanium alloy castings,it is necessary to arrange pickling reasonably before the fluorescence penetration inspection,and strictly control the amount of unilateral pickling and the number of pickling to ensure the reliability of the nondestructive inspection results.
