摘要
松树树皮是一种常见的有机废弃物,在国内外广泛应用于无土园艺栽培。研究了利用堆肥腐熟的樟子松和落叶松树皮作为原料对生长基质理化特性的影响,同时利用水萝卜为指示植物进行了腐熟的落叶松树皮的生物毒性试验和树皮对一品红生长的影响。结果表明,堆肥腐熟能够降低树皮容重和EC值,提高pH值和树皮的亲水性能;用腐熟的树皮作为生长基质部分原料对水萝卜出苗数没有明显的影响,但抑制了株高和鲜质量,随着泥炭比例的增加树皮对幼苗生长的影响变小。75%的泥炭添加25%的树皮对水萝卜生物毒性较小,但一定程度上影响了一品红的生长,因此,用松树皮作为生长原料时除腐熟外仍需进行进一步的无害化处理。
Pine bark,a common organic waste,is widely used as substrate of growing medium.In this study,the effects of compost on bulk density,pH,EC and water repellent of pine bark(Pinus sylvestris var.mongolica Litv.and Larix gmelinii(Rupr.)Kuzen)were investigated.Further the toxicity of composted pine bark was tested by means of the growth of young summer radish seedling.And the influences of composted pine bark on the growth of poinsettia were explored.The results showed that compost processing decreased bark bulk density,EC and water repellence,whereas pH was increased.Composted pine back had no influences on seed germination of summer radish,however its growth was inhibited.Although the adverse effects on growth of summer radish caused by 25%portion of bark could be neglected,addition of 25%pine bark inhibited poinsettia growth.Therefore,the further innocuous treatment is necessary for bark as growing medium in addition to composting.
