菌糠添加对连栋温室红掌成品生长指标的影响

Effect of Adding Mushroom Residue on Growth Indicators of Finished Products Anthurium andraeanum in Multi-span Greenhouse

摘要 为了寻找可替代泥炭土栽培红掌的有机原料,研究以香菇、平菇、双孢菇菌糠为材料,按比例分别与泥炭土混合栽培红掌中苗,通过成品株高、冠幅、叶片数和佛焰苞数及其大小等表观生长指标衡量菌糠替代泥炭土的栽培效果。结果表明,3种菌糠栽培的红掌都可完成其生活史,而且适量的添加可以增加红掌的佛焰苞数量,但添加菌糠后成品的株高、冠幅、叶片数、叶片横纵径、佛焰苞横纵径均显著降低。3种菌糠相比,红掌冠幅差别不大;株高差别较大,表现为添加香菇菌糠后红掌株高降低最多,添加平菇菌糠后株高降低最少。不同添加比例间相比,株高和冠幅均随菌糠添加量的增加而降低。香菇、平菇、双孢菇菌糠与泥炭土混合都可以栽培红掌,但25%的平菇菌糠的替代效果较好。 To find the organic materials that can replace peat soil to cultivate Anthurium andraeanum,mushroom residue of Lentinus edodes,Pleurotus ostreatus and Agaricus bisporus were used as the materials,and then mixed with peat soil to cultivate Anthurium andraeanum medium seedlings.The cultivation effect of replacing peat soil by mushroom residue was measured by plant height,crown width,leaf number,spathe number and its size.The result showed that the life cycle of Anthurium andraeanum could be completed with three kinds of mushroom residue cultivation,and the spathe number were increased by adding appropriate amount mushroom residue.But the plant height,crown width,number of leaves,transverse and longitudinal diameters of leaves,and the transverse and longitudinal diameters of spathe of the finished products Anthurium andraeanum significantly reduced after adding mushroom residue.Compared with the three kinds of mushroom residue,the difference of crown diameter of Anthurium andraeanum was not different,the difference of plant height was great,the plant height of Anthurium andraeanum decreased the most after adding mushroom residue of Lentinus edodes,and the plant height decreased the least after adding mushroom residue of Pleurotus ostreatus.The plant height and crown width decreased with the increase of the amount of mushroom residue.Anthurium andraeanum could be cultivated by the mixture of mushroom residue of Lentinus edodes,Pleurotus ostreatus and Agaricus bisporus and peat soil,but the substitution effect of 25%Pleurotus ostreatus mushroom residue was better.
