摘要
"新冠肺炎"疫情对我国高校毕业生就业产生什么影响?本文从就业市场中供需关系变化着手,分析新冠疫情下高校毕业生就业形势。受今年高校毕业生人数创新高和新冠疫情双重影响,就业市场呈现供给增加、需求减少趋势,此次疫情加剧了我国高校毕业生的就业压力。此外,疫情对于不同行业影响有差异,不同专业毕业生面临就业形势存在区别。应对措施包括:遏制疫情,采取有效措施帮助企业复工;大力开发新的工作岗位,积极拓展毕业生就业渠道以及加强网上就业服务。
What influence dose the COVID-19 epidemic have on China's employment situation of college graduates?This paper starts from the change of supply and demand in the employment market,and analyzes the employment situation of college graduates under the COVID-19 epidemic.Affected by the new high number of college graduates and the COVID-19 epidemic,the employment market shows a trend of increasing supply and decreasing demand,which aggravates the employment pressure of college graduates in China.In addition,the impact of the epidemic on different industries is different,and the employment situation of graduates from different majors is different.The countermeasures include:contain the epidemic situation,take effective measures to help enterprises return to work;vigorously develop new jobs,actively expand employment channels for graduates and strengthen online employment services.
