铁路是国家经济的大动脉,是社会交流发展的大通道,特别是当下高铁时代的到来,铁路大繁荣将逐渐成为国家经济实现大发展、社会交流实现大融合以及保障国家安全的坚实基础。铁路桥梁工程施工过程中的安全及成品质量关系到国家经济发展和人民的生命财产安全。铁路桥梁工程的安全和质量管理均是过程管理控制,其过程控制是实现施工安全结果、决定工程最终产品质量的关键。因此,在铁路工程的施工阶段,必须制定出完备的、符合实际情况的安全质量控制目标。然后在施工过程中,通过各种必要的途径和手段,进行全过程、全方位的安全质量控制管理。这样,才能保证铁路工程安全质量管理目标的最终实现。
The railway is the artery of national economy and the channel of social exchange and development.Especially with the advent of the high-speed railway era,the railway prosperity will gradually become a solid foundation for the national economy to achieve great development,social exchanges to achieve great integration,and to ensure national security.The safety and quality of finished products during the construction of railway bridge projects are related to the national economic development and the safety of people's lives and property.The safety and quality management of the railway bridge project are both process management controls.The process control is the key to achieving the construction safety results and determining the quality of the final product of the project.Therefore,in the construction phase of the railway project,it is necessary to formulate a complete safety quality control target that is in line with the actual situation.Then in the construction process,all necessary channels and means are used to carry out the entire process,all-round safety and quality control management.In this way,the ultimate realization of the railway engineering safety and quality management goals can be guaranteed.
