摘要
目的评价针对性护理干预联合糖尿病足护理单对糖尿病足患者的影响。方法时间段为2015年1月-2018年10月,选取患者为糖尿病足80例,随机分为两组,每个组各40例。对照组采取糖尿病足护理单和常规护理,基于此实验组联合针对性护理干预。比较两组2 hPG、FBG、满意度、溃疡愈合及住院时间、疾病知识掌握度评分、生活质量评分等情况。结果两组干预后2 hPG、FBG、满意度、溃疡愈合及住院时间、疾病知识掌握度评分的对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对性护理干预联合糖尿病足护理单对糖尿病足患者的效果显著,即可提升其疾病知识掌握度,可利于其血糖控制,还可促进溃疡愈合,提升患者生活质量,患者普遍满意,因此值得研究和推广。
Objective To evaluate the effect of targeted nursing intervention combined with diabetic foot care on diabetic foot patients.Methods From January 2015 to October 2018,80 patients with diabetic feet were selected and randomly divided into two groups,each with 40 patients.The control group received diabetic foot care sheet and routine nursing.Based on this,the experimental group combined targeted nursing intervention.The 2 hPG,FBG,satisfaction,ulcer healing and hospital stay,disease knowledge mastery score,and quality of life score were compared between the two groups.Results After the intervention of the two groups,the comparison of 2 hPG,FBG,satisfaction,ulcer healing and hospital stay,and disease knowledge mastery scores showed the statistical signifantly differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Targeted nursing intervention combined with diabetic foot care sheet has a significant effect on patients with diabetic foot,which can improve their knowledge of disease,facilitate blood glucose control,promote ulcer healing,and improve the quality of life of patients.Patients are generally satisfied,so it is worthwhile research and promotion.
