摘要
生物技术的发展带来一系列伦理问题,人的主体性、生存环境、生命安全健康受到威胁,社会不平等加剧,科学研究自律性遭到破坏等。在学界的传统上,技术乐观主义与技术悲观主义呈二元对立格局。这种对立不能帮助我们消解问题。而技术实用主义为我们开辟了新的路径,为我们理解技术与社会的关系提供新模式。在技术实用主义的立场下,建立"政府-科学-企业-公众"的责任共同体,对新科技革命时代美丽中国的建设具有一定的理论意义。
The development of modern biotechnology has brought about a series of ethical problems,such as the threat to human subjectivity,living environment,life safety and health,the aggravation of social inequality,and the destruction of scientific research self-discipline.In the academic tradition,technological optimism and technological pessimism are binary opposites.The opposition cannot help us resolve the problems.Technological pragmatism,however,provides us with a new path and new models for understanding the relationship between technology and society.Under the standpoint of technology pragmatism,the establishment of a responsibility community of "government-science-enterprise-citizens " is of certain theoretical significance to the construction of a Wild China in the era of modern scientific and technological revolution.
