摘要
本文分两次对巢湖典型湿地进行了水生维管束植物调查,对不同调查区块的覆盖度进行估算。对于水体常见植物种(属),通过水生植物采样器收集植物并测定其数量和生物量;对于湿地常见植物种(属),通过1m×1m样方收割法测定其数量和生物量。得出巢湖湿地水生维管束植物现状。
Aquatic vascular plants in the typical wetlands of Lake Chaohu were investigated twice,and the coverage of aquatic vascular plants in every area was estimated.For common plant species(genera)in the water area,the aquatic plants were collected by a sampler and their density and biomass were examined.For common plant species(genera)in wetlands,their density and biomass were examined on the basis of 1 m×1 m quadrat method.The present distribution,density,biomass of aquatic vascular plants in the wetlands of Lake Chaohu was obtained.
