一种射吸式富氧浸出设备的设计

摘要 本文介绍了一种新型浸出装置,主要由浸出槽、电机、泵、射吸管、氧气罐等组成。浸出槽顶部密封,底部为圆锥形,矿浆通过泵实现上下循环,浸出所需氧气通过射吸管与矿浆充分混合。此设备可以提高槽体内矿浆溶氧量和溶氧速率,避免氧气浪费和矿物沉槽,有效提高矿物浸出速率,减少设备投资和缩短金属积压周期。 This paper introduces a new type of leaching device,which is mainly composed of leaching tank,motor,pump,suction pipe,oxygen tank and so on.The top of the leaching tank is sealed and the bottom is conical.The slurry is circulated up and down by the pump,and the oxygen required for leaching is thoroughly mixed with the slurry through the suction pipe.This equipment can increase the dissolved oxygen and dissolved oxygen rate of the slurry in the tank,avoid oxygen waste and mineral sinking,effectively increase the mineral leaching rate,reduce equipment investment and shorten the metal backlog cycle.
