摘要
相对传统滴流床加氢工艺技术,全液相加氢工艺属于新工艺、新技术,其操作要点与传统加氢技术有着较大的区别。本文以中海油惠州石化2.60 Mt/a全液相蜡油加氢装置为例,与传统滴流床加氢装置对比,介绍了全液相加氢装置的技术原理、工艺流程,以及运行过程中的操作要点。包括重要设备的投用,重要参数的操作控制,针对全液相加氢的工艺特点分析了经典事故处理时的操作要点和难点。
Compared with the traditional drip bed hydrogenation process,the whole liquid phase hydrogenation process is a new process and a new technology.The operating points are quite different from the traditional hydrogenation technology.Taking the 2.60 Mt/a full-liquid paraffin hydrogenation unit of CNOOC huizhou petrochemical as an example,this paper introduces the technical principle,process flow and operation points of the full-liquid hydrogenation unit by comparing with the traditional drip-bed hydrogenation unit.Including the operation of important equipment,the operation and control of important parameters,the operation points and difficulties in the classical accident treatment were analyzed according to the characteristics of the whole liquid hydrogenation process.
