摘要
正己烷在工业上主要用作溶剂,用于配制粘胶以粘合鞋革和箱包,常用于电子信息产业生产过程中的擦拭清洗作业,还有食品制造业的粗油浸出、塑料制造业的丙烯溶剂回收、化学实验中的萃取剂以及日用化学品生产时的花香溶剂萃取等也用到正己烷。生产工人若使用不当,极易造成职业中毒,且病情早期即可显示为神经源性损害。为更好地防治生产工人正己烷中毒,我们就正己烷的中毒机制、毒理特点、临床表现、辅助检查以及治疗方法的最新研究进展作一综述。
Hexane is mainly used as a solvent in industry,commonly used for preparing viscose to bind shoes,leather and bags,as well as wiping and cleaning operations in the production process of electronic information industry.It is also used for crude oil extraction in food manufacturing industry;propylene solvent recovery in plastic manufacturing industry;extractant in chemical experiments and flower fragrance in daily chemical production;solvent extraction and other industries.If workers use it improperly,it is easy to cause occupational poisoning,and the early stage of the disease can be shown as neurogenic damage.In order to better prevent and treat n-hexane poisoning in workers,this paper reviews the latest progress in the mechanism,toxicological characteristics,clinical manifestations,auxiliary examinations and treatment methods of n-hexane poisoning.
