摘要
目的探究双氯芬酸钠滴眼液相结合奥洛他定滴眼液用药治疗方式在过敏性结膜炎患者中使用的治疗意义。方法对2017年3月-2019年9月该医院诊治的78例过敏性结膜炎患者开展数据指标研究,实行分组方法选择抽签方式,不同组别归入39例,实验组选取双氯芬酸钠滴眼液相结合奥洛他定滴眼液用药治疗方式,参比组选取奥洛他定滴眼液用药治疗方式,研究滴眼液用药治疗有效合计数、滴眼液用药效果满意合计数,评价滴眼液用药治疗之前、滴眼液用药治疗一个月后眼处症状评定总分值。结果实验组滴眼液用药治疗有效合计数(94.87%)大于参比组计算数据值指标(82.05%),差异有统计学意义(χ^2=4.129,P=0.042<0.05);实验组滴眼液用药治疗之前眼处症状评定总分值(10.30±1.23)分与参比组(10.24±1.10)分实行评比,项目分析指标差别值非常低,差异无统计学意义(t=0.227,P=0.821>0.05),实验组滴眼液用药治疗一个月后眼处症状评定总分值(5.82±0.50)分小于参比组计算数据值指标(8.60±0.84)分,两组比较差异有统计学意义(t=17.759,P=0.000<0.05);实验组滴眼液用药效果满意合计数(97.44%)大于参比组计算数据值指标(82.05%),两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ^2=5.014,P=0.025<0.05)。结论为过敏性结膜炎患者选择双氯芬酸钠滴眼液相结合奥洛他定滴眼液用药治疗方式展现良好治疗效果。
Objective To explore the therapeutic significance of diclofenac sodium eye drops combined with olopatadine eye drops in the treatment of patients with allergic conjunctivitis.Methods The data index study was performed on 78 patients with allergic conjunctivitis diagnosed and treated in our hospital from March 2017 to September 2019.A grouping method was used to select the lottery method.The different groups were grouped into 39 cases.The experimental group selected diclofenac sodium drops.The ocular fluid combined with olopatadine eye drops medication treatment method,the reference group selected olopatadine eye drops medication treatment method,and studied the effective total number of eye drops medication treatment and the satisfactory total number of eye drops medication effects evaluation.The total score of eye symptoms before eyedrops treatment and one month after eyedrops treatment.Results The effective total number of eye drops in the experimental group(94.87%)was greater than the calculated data index(82.05%)in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=4.129,P=0.042<0.05);the eyes of the experimental group were treated with eye drops before the treatment of the total score of symptom evaluation(10.30±1.23)points was compared with the reference group(10.24±1.10)points,and the difference between the item analysis indicators was very low,the difference was not statistically significant(t=0.227,P=0.821>0.05).The eye symptom evaluation total score(5.82±0.50)points after one month of eyedrops treatment was less than the reference data calculation index(8.60±0.84)points,the difference was statistically significant(t=17.759,P=0.000<0.05);The total satisfactory eye drops(97.44%)in the experimental group was greater than the calculated data index(82.05%)in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=5.014,P=0.025<0.05).Conclusion For patients with allergic conjunctivitis,the treatment with diclofenac sodium eye drops combined with olopatadine eye drops has s
