降落伞伞衣面料的开发

摘要 总结一款小透气量降落伞伞衣面料的设计与开发要点,并测试了面料的相关性能。以5 tex/12 F锦纶66长丝为经、纬纱,设计了织物组织,并计算了经密、纬密、总经根数等;采用较适宜于锦纶长丝的SHGA215C型分条整经机;采用动物胶和PVA的混合浆料,保证浆纱后锦纶66长丝的强力和耐磨性;采用ZW408型喷水织机,优选织机工艺。根据测试数据,调整织物纬密,从而保证了最终面料的单位面积质量和透气量。认为:合理的面料设计、优化的生产工艺和可靠的性能检测是保证产品顺利生产和质量满足用户要求的关键。 Design and development key points of a parachute fabric with smaller air permeability were summa⁃rized.Relevant properties of fabric were tested.5 tex/12 F nylon 66 filament was taken as warp and weft.Fabric structure was designed,warp density,weft density,total warp number were calculated.SHGA215C sectional warper which was more suitable for nylon filament was adopted.Size mixture of animal glue and PVA were adopted to en⁃sure strength and abrasion resistance of nylon 66 filament after sizing.ZW408 water-jet loom was adopted.According to test data,weft density of the fabric was adjusted to ensure mass per unit area and air permeability of final fabric.It is considered that reasonable fabric design,optimized production process and reliable property testing are the keys to ensure successful production and quality to meet user requirements.
