摘要 锚索现场张拉时,除了锁定过程中弹性回缩造成预紧力损失外,还受到不同条件影响下的预紧力损失。若设计时不超前考虑预紧力损失大小,会造成设计不合理或实际预紧力值偏低。选取不同型号锚索进行张拉预紧力损失试验,试验表明:我公司锚索张拉预紧力平均损失率为29.2%~33.84%,即有效预紧力为现场张拉力的66.16%~70.8%;在一定条件下,直径增大、长度增加或是现场张拉力增大时,预紧力损失均呈减小趋势。 When the anchor cable is tensioned in site,the pre-tightening force is lost due to elastic retraction during locking,and it is also affected by the pre-tightening force loss under different conditions.If the loss of preload is not considered in advance,the design will be unreasonable or the actual preload value will be low.For this reason,different types of anchor cables in different mines were selected and pretension loss tests were carried out.The test results showed that the average loss rate of pretension force is 29.2%~33.84%,that is,the effective pretension force is 66.16%~70.8%of the field tension force.Under certain conditions,the loss of pretension decreases with the increase of diameter,length or field tension.
