通过建设水文监测系统、水质监测系统、闸门监控系统、视频监控系统四大业务系统建设智慧水务平台,实时接收某湖泊各类水环境监测的数据,对湖泊整治效果进行动态观察和评估,为日常运维提供科学调度决策和运行管理支持,使该湖泊整治工程的价值得以最大发挥,实现湖泊整治预期目标,保障湖泊水环境安全。
