摘要
介绍了欧盟和日本、阿根廷、丹麦、加拿大、马来西亚、美国等国家对聚氯乙烯树脂及制品环境管理物质限制性要求,以及塑料中重金属、多溴联苯、多溴二苯醚和邻苯二甲酸酯增塑剂对人类健康的影响,特别介绍了RoHS、WEEE和REACH等法规对有害物质强制性法规和标准,重点介绍了我国聚氯乙烯树脂及制品在各个应用领域对有害物质限制性的有关要求和标准。
The restrictive requirements of the countries such as EU,Japan,Argentina,Denmark,Canada,Malaysia and the United States for environmental management substances of PVC resin and products were introduced,as well as the effects of heavy metals,PBBs,PBDEs and phthalate ester plasticizers in plastics on human health.In particular,the mandatory regulations and standards of RoHS,WEEE and REACH for harmful substances were introduced,and the relevant requirements and standards for the limitation of harmful substances in various application fields of PVC resin and products in China were emphatically introduced.
