S355J2W耐候钢模拟火焰矫正区显微组织分析

摘要 以高速动车转向架构架用耐候钢S355J2W为研究对象,对该耐候钢进行四种不同温度下的模拟火焰矫正试验,在符合材料冷却条件后借助扫描电子显微镜进行微观组织观察,试验结果分析表明,热模拟温度为700℃时,母材无相变,原始组织保持完好,晶粒有所细化,晶界清晰且有明显的粒状组织弥散分布。经热处理之后其室温组织更接近于母材,本试验结果对S355J2W耐候钢进行火焰矫正有实际的指导意义。 This paper takes the weathering steel S355J2W for high-speed bogies as the research object,and performs simulated flame correction experiments at four different temperatures on the weathering steel.After meeting the cooling conditions of the material,the scanning electron microscope is used to observe the microstructure and analyze the experimental results.It is shown that when the thermal simulation temperature is controlled at 700℃,the base material does not undergo phase transformation,the original structure remains intact,the grains are also refined,and the grain boundaries have a clearly distributed granular structure,and the grain boundaries are clear.After heat treatment,the room temperature structure is closer to the base material.The results of this experiment have practical guiding significance for flame correction of S355J2W weathering steel.
