饱和温度对煤气炉运行影响的研究

摘要 为了研究饱和温度对两段式煤气炉生产的影响,通过对不同饱和温度下煤气炉运行中的蒸汽用量、煤炭用量和煤气热值等生产指标进行分析,发现饱和温度的选择受环境温度的影响较大,会随环境温度的升降而升降,并且环境温度越低,达到相同饱和温度所需要的蒸汽量越大;当饱和温度在45~55℃之间时,能够有效地的降低煤用量,提高煤气热值。 In order to study the influence of saturation temperature on the production of two-stage gas furnace,the steam consumption,coal consumption and gas calorific value in the operation of gas furnace at different saturation temperature were analyzed.It is found that the choice of saturation temperature is gready affected by ambient temperature,which will rise and fall with ambient temperature,and the lower the ambient temperature,the greater the amount of steam needed to reach the same saturation temperature.When the saturation temperature is between 45〜55℃,it can effectively reduce the amount of coal and increase the calorific value of gas.
