摘要 电力变压器高压线圈的漆包线的排列紧密程度与将来绕制成成品线圈的质量有关系,一台三相电力变压器通常由3个线圈组成。设计的自绕机一次可以绕制三个线圈,在绕制过程中通过张力传感器反馈圆漆包线张力,实时计算进行张力调节,从而保证三个线圈的性能指标要求基本一致。 The arrangement of enameled wires in high voltage coils of power transformers is closely related to the quality of finished coils in the future.A three-phase power transformer is usually composed of three coils.The designed self winding machine can wind three coils at a time.In the process of winding,the tension of round enameled wire is fed back by the tension sensor,and the tension is adjusted by real-time calculation,so as to ensure that the performance indexes of the three coils are basically the same.
