摘要
目的探讨血液透析护理管理中风险管理的应用效果。方法随机选取2016年8月~2018年8月我院血液透析患者60例,按先后序列号(1~60)随机分为两组:一组常规管理组(30例),一组风险管理组(30例),风险管理组患者接受风险管理,常规管理组患者接受常规管理,然后统计分析两组患者的风险事件发生情况,同时统计分析两组患者的护理满意度。结果风险管理组患者的风险事件发生率13.3%(4/30)显著低于常规管理组43.3%(13/30),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),护理满意度96.7%(29/30)显著高于常规管理组60.0%(18/30),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血液透析护理管理中风险管理的应用效果较常规管理好,值得在临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the application effect of risk management in the nursing management of hemodialysis.Methods 60 cases of patients with hemodialysis in our hospital from August 2016 to August 2018 were randomly selected and randomly divided into two groups according to serial number(1~60).One group was conventional management group(30 cases),the other group was risk management group(30 cases).The conventional management group were given conventional management,and the risk management group were given risk management.Then the occurrences of risk events and nursing satisfactions of two groups were statistically analyzed.Results The incidence of risk events of the risk management group 13.3%(4/30)was significantly lower than the conventional management group 43.3%(13/30)(P<0.05),and the nursing satisfaction rate 96.7%(29/30)was significantly higher than the conventional management group 60.0%(18/30)(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of risk management in the nursing management of hemodialysis is better than conventional management,so is worthy of promotion and application in the clinical.
