摘要 关键构件机械性能的影响因素有很多,如表面形貌、表面应力集中以及表面残余应力状态等。对18CrNiMo7-6合金钢同一工艺下的拉伸试样表面形貌和残余应力进行了测量,得到试样表面应力集中系数。通过拉伸试验,研究了表面形貌、应力集中系数和残余应力对18CrNiMo7-6合金钢拉伸试样机械性能的影响。试验结果表明:随着表面粗糙度、表面应力集中系数的增大,试样的屈服强度和抗拉强度降低;残余拉应力对试样的屈服强度影响不大。通过有限元ANSYS软件仿真分析,得到了拉伸试样的应力-应变曲线,仿真结果表明:残余应力并不影响材料的拉伸应力-应变曲线和机械性能。 The mechanical properties of key components were influenced by many factors,such as surface topography,surface stress concentration and residual stress et.al.In this paper,surface morphology and residual stress of 18 CrNiMo7-6 specimen were measured,and the surface stress concentration of the specimen was obtained.The effects of surface morphology,surface stress concentration factor and residual stress on mechanical properties were investigated via the tensile test.The test results show that the yield strength and tensile strength decreased with the surface roughness and the stress concentration factor incremental.And the yield strength hardly changed with the residual stress incremental.The stress-strain curve was also obtained by using the finite element software ANSYS,the numerical results shown that the residual stress does not affect the stress-strain curve and the mechanical properties.
