摘要
医学发展已经历了传统医学时代,科学医学时代,当前在健康中国背景下,特别是随着以人工智能为代表的新科技革命的到来,医学正进入受信息革命深刻影响的新医学时代。新医学时代需要发展“新医科”,从人的整体出发,将医学及相关学科领域最先进的知识理论和临床各专科最有效的实践经验加以有机整合,使之成为更加适合人体健康和疾病诊疗的新的医学体系,因此新医科背景下探索医养结合的道路对我国人口老龄化具有深远意义。干部病房是我国特色的医疗保健模式,医养结合经验丰富,借助相关经验可更好的发展医养结合路径,比如提供充足的医疗资源和医疗团队服务,分层服务养老体制,共病管控与体检结合,开展友善医院及互联网加医院建设等措施,进一步提升医养结合质量。
The development of medicine has gone through the era of traditional medicine and scientific medicine.At present,under the background of healthy China,especially with the arrival of the new technological revolution represented by artificial intelligence,medicine is entering a new medical era deeply influenced by the information revolution.In the new medical era,"new medicine"needs to be developed.Starting from the whole of human beings,it is necessary to integrate the most advanced knowledge theory and the most effective practical experience in the field of medicine and related disciplines,so as to make it a new medical system more suitable for human health and disease diagnosis and treatment.Therefore,it is far-reaching to explore the way of combination of medicine and maintenance under the background of new medicine for the aging of our population Significance.Cadre ward is a special medical and health care mode in China.It has rich experience in combination of medical care and nursing.With the help of relevant experience,it can better develop the path of combination of medical care and nursing.We will provide sufficient medical resources and medical team services,provide layered service for the elderly system,integrate common disease control and physical examination,carry out friendly hospital and Internet plus hospital construction,and further improve the quality of medical care integration.
