摘要
为了延长涤纶短纤维装置工艺空调滤材的使用周期,降低生产成本,对其进行了试验方案可行性分析,并进行了单个纺丝位及整条生产线上的横网试验,以及中效滤材过滤精度降低的试验。结果表明:将涤纶短纤维装置A,B两条生产线的工艺空调的中效滤材由过滤精度较低、费用较低的滤材F7替代过滤精度较髙、费用较髙的滤材F9,初效滤材F5不变,在出风口处的横网加装10~15mm厚无纺布过滤片,其横网的更换周期由原来的8~10 d延长为15~20 d,且对涤纶短纤维的原丝和成品丝的质量没有影响,每年可降低成本16.469万元。
The feasibility of experimental schemes was analyzed in order to prolong the service life of the filter material for the process air conditioning system and reduce the production cost of polyester staple fiber plant.A series of experiments were carried out,including cross screen experiments of single spinning position and production line as well and filtering precision reduction experiment of medium-efficiency filter material.The results showed that the replacement period of the cross screen was increased from 8-10 d to 15-20 d without loss of the as-spun and produced polyester staple fibers quality and the cost was reduced by 164690 yuan annually when the medium-efficiency filter material of the process air conditioning systems applied the filter material F7 with lower filtering precision and cost instead of the filter material F9 with higher filtering precision and cost for the production lines A and B of polyester staple fiber plant,the low-efficiency filter material F5 was unchanged,and the cross screen at the air outlet was equipped with a non-woven filter of 10-15mm in thickness.
