摘要
目的研究强化质量监控及持续改进对提高手术器械清洗灭菌质量的影响。方法选择2019年1~6月我院消毒供应中心开展强化质量监控及持续改进活动的420件手术器械设为观察组。将2018年6~12月未开展强化质量监控清洗灭菌手术器械420件设为对照组,比较两组手术器械清洗灭菌质量、工作人员清洗灭菌知识水平以及不良事件发生率。结果观察组清洗流程、清洗质量、器械消毒灭菌质量、压力蒸汽灭菌器灭菌效果达标率均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组工作人员清洗灭菌知识水平评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良事件发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论强化质量监控及持续改进可提高手术器械清洗灭菌质量水平,确保清洗质量和灭菌效果,确保手术器械质量安全,进一步促进手术效果。
Objective To study the effect of strengthening quality control and continuous improvement on improving the quality of surgical instrument cleaning and sterilization.Methods From January to June 2019,420 surgical instruments in our hospital's disinfection and supply center to strengthen quality control and continuous improvement activities were selected as the observation group.Set 420 surgical instruments for cleaning and sterilization that did not carry out enhanced quality monitoring from June to December 2018 as a control group,and compare the quality of surgical sterilization Rate of sterilization effect of the device,the knowledge level of cleaning and sterilization of staff and the incidence of adverse events.Results The observation group's cleaning process,cleaning quality,equipment sterilization and sterilization quality,and pressure steam sterilizer sterilization effect compliance rate were higher than the control group(P<0.05);the knowledge level of cleaning and sterilization of the staff in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse events in the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Strengthening quality control and continuous improvement can improve the quality of surgical instrument cleaning and sterilization,ensure the cleaning quality and sterilization effect,ensure the quality and safety of surgical instruments,and further promote the surgical effect.
