摘要
目的:研究在乳腺癌术后患者上肢淋巴水肿治疗中延续性护理的效果。方法:2018年1月-2019年5月收治乳腺癌术后上肢淋巴水肿患者60例,随机分为两组,各30例。参照组采取常规出院指导;研究组在常规出院指导基础上采取延续性护理。比较两组患者水肿改善程度及满意率。结果:研究组水肿中、重度率低于参照组,患者满意率高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在乳腺癌术后患者上肢淋巴水肿治疗中,延续性护理效果显著,可有效消除水肿症状,且患者满意度较高。
Objective:To study the effect of continuous nursing on patients with upper limb lymphedema after breast cancer operation.Methods:From January 2018 to May 2019,60 patients with upper limb lymphedema after breast cancer operation were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 30 cases in each group.The reference group adopted routine discharge guidance.The study group took continuous nursing on the basis of routine discharge guidance.The improvement of edema and satisfaction of patients between the two groups were compared.Results:The moderate and severe rate of edema in the study group was lower than the reference group,the satisfaction of patients was higher than the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of upper limb lymphedema after breast cancer operation,the effect of continuous nursing is remarkable,which can effectively eliminate the symptoms of edema and the satisfaction of patients is high.
