摘要
目的:研究优质护理联合健康教育在冠心病护理中的应用效果。方法:2018年6月-2019年6月收治冠心病患者80例,随机分为两组,各40例。对照组采用常规护理联合健康教育;观察组在常规护理联合健康教育的基础上,采用优质护理措施。比较两组治疗前后焦虑情况和治疗依从性。结果:两组患者护理后焦虑情况均得到较大改善,观察组焦虑情况和治疗依从性均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在冠心病的临床护理中,应用优质护理并联合健康教育的临床效果较为显著,可较好改善患者的焦虑情况,并提高患者的治疗依从性。
Objective:To study the effect of high quality nursing combined with health education in the nursing of coronary heart disease.Methods:From June 2018 to June 2019,80 patients with coronary heart disease were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing combined with health education.The observation group adopted quality nursing measures on the basis of routine nursing and health education.The anxiety and treatment compliance of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results:The anxiety of patients in the two groups was greatly improved after nursing,and the anxiety and treatment compliance in the observation group were better than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the clinical nursing of coronary heart disease,the clinical effect of high-quality nursing combined with health education is more significant,which can better improve the anxiety of patients,and improve the treatment compliance of patients.
