摘要
目的:探究将脊柱微创小切口手术应用于椎体骨折治疗中的效果及应用价值。方法:2017年1月-2018年1月收治椎体骨折患者60例,分为两组,各30例。对照组应用常规开放骨折复位椎弓根内固定进行治疗;试验组选择脊柱微创小切口手术进行治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:所有患者在治疗后均恢复良好。试验组并发症发生率明显低于对照组,试验组术中出血量低于对照组,手术时间及住院时间短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用脊柱微创小切口手术治疗椎体骨折患者,有助于症状改善,控制并发症,对于改善手术指标有积极意义。
Objective:To explore the effect and application value of minimally invasive small incision spinal surgery in the treatment of vertebral fracture.Methods:From January 2017 to January 2018,60 patients with vertebral fracture were treated,they were divided into the two groups with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional open fracture reduction and pedicle internal fixation.The experimental group was treated with minimally invasive small incision surgery of spine.We compared the therapeutic effect of the two groups.Results:All patients recovered well after treatment.The complication rate of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group,the intraoperative blood loss was lower than that of the control group,and the operation time and hospitalization time was shorter than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of minimally invasive small incision in the treatment of vertebral fracture is helpful to improve and control the incidence of complications,and it is also of positive significance to improve the surgical index.
