摘要
设置氮素施用量均为278.4 kg/hm 2的有机肥、复合肥、尿素3个处理,并以不施肥为对照(CK),研究3种肥料对茶叶生长势、内含成分及茶园土壤物理性质的影响。结果表明不同施肥方式均能不同程度地促进茶树的生长萌芽、提高茶树发芽密度,使得茶叶中水浸出物、茶多酚、游离氨基酸(依次为4.506%、3.908%、3.719%,与CK相比提高幅度为7.61%~30.38%)和咖啡碱含量增加,降低茶叶的酚氨比,但各处理之间差异较大,从而不同程度地提高茶叶的自然品质,且同等氮素含量下施用有机肥的整体效果最佳,同时开沟施有机肥这一模式不仅可有效促进茶叶良好生长,增加茶叶产量及改善茶叶品质,而且还能有效地保持土壤良好的物理性质,是茶叶种植中较适宜的栽培管理方式,值得推广应用。
The experiment set three treatments of organic fertilizer,compound fertilizer and urea with nitrogen application rate of 278.4 kg/hm 2,with no fertilizer as the control(CK),the effects of three fertilizers on the growth potential of tea leaves,their components and the physical properties of the soil were studied.The results showed that different fertilization methods could promote the growth and germination of tea plants,increase the germination density of tea,the content of water extract,tea polyphenols,free amino acids and caffeine in tea leaves increased(they were 4.506%,3.908%and 3.719%respectively,and the improvement range was 7.61%-30.38%compared with CK).The phenolic ammonia ratio of tea leaves was reduced,but there were great differences between different treatments,thus the natural quality of tea could be improved in different degrees.At the same nitrogen content,the organic fertilizer had the best overall effect,opening ditches and applying organic fertilizer could not only effectively promote the good growth of tea,increase tea yield and improve tea quality,but also effectively preserve the physical properties of the soil.It was a suitable cultivation management method in tea planting and was worth spreading and applying.
