摘要
设计了一个电致发光屏低损耗驱动电源的延迟导通电路。由于电致发光屏表现为容性负载,驱动开关电源电路的晶体管在开关切换期间对电致发光屏充/放电的瞬间电流很大,造成晶体管开关损耗大、温升高、易烧毁。因此在开关电源输出回路上串联一个延迟导通电路,使输出电流在晶体管完全导通呈低阻态后再通过,可降低晶体管的开关损耗并提高开关电源电路的可靠性。
A delay conduction circuit of low-loss driver for electroluminescent(EL)panel is designed.Since the electroluminescent panel behaves as a capacitive load,the transient current through the transistors of the EL panel charging/discharging during the switching period of the transistors in the switching driver circuit can be very large.It will cause large switching loss and high equilibrium temperature as well as burning down of the transistors in the driver’s switching circuit will be caused.Therefore,a delayed conducting circuit is connected in the output circuit of the driver,so that the output current passes after the transistor is fully turned on to a low resistance state.The switching loss of the transistor is decreased and the reliability is improved.
