摘要
在现代汽车制造业中,气动技术大量用于汽车自动化生产线,尤其是汽车车身的焊装生产线,为了保证气动焊钳的稳定性和高效性,在工作过程中,需减少气压脉动,提高减压阀的稳定性.因此,本文运用AMESim软件对气动系统减压阀进行仿真研究,得到减压阀最佳参数设置,提高气动控制系统稳定性.
In modern automobile manufacturing industry,pneumatic technology is widely used in automobile automation production line,especially in the welding production line of automobile body.In order to ensure the stability and efficiency of pneumatic welding pliers,it is necessary to reduce the pressure pulsation and improve the stability of pressure reducing valves in the working process.Therefore,this paper uses AMESim software to simulate the pressure reducing valve of the pneumatic system,and gets the optimal parameters of the pressure reducing valve,so as to improve the stability of the pneumatic control system.
