摘要
本文分析阐述了常规燃煤烤房、空气源热泵烤房、生物质烤房及洁净煤反向燃烧炉烤房的结构形式及应用效果。综合对比来看,洁净煤反向燃烧炉烤房降低烤烟生产能源成本、减少烟气污染物以及提高烟叶品质的应用效果显著,是传统燃煤烤房技术升级及节能改造的理想方案。
This paper analyzed the structural forms and application effects of conventional coal-fired barn,air-source heat pumping barn,biomass barn,and clean coal reverse combustion barn.Comprehensive comparisons showed that the clean coal reverse combustion barn had a significant effect in reducing the energy cost of flue-cured tobacco production,reducing flue gas pollutants and improving the quality of tobacco leaves.It is an ideal strategy for upgrading and energy-saving technologies of traditional coal-fired technologies.
