摘要
大型挤压造粒机组作为石化行业中大型乙烯成套装备中的关键设备,决定着整个工艺流程的完整性。因长期依赖于进口,严重制约了我国石化行业的发展,为此中国石化集团公司决定实施大型挤压造粒机组国产化,由大连橡胶塑料机械有限公司协同其他企事业单位共同担纲大型挤压造粒机组的研制重任。浙江中控的DCS控制系统作为国内行业翘楚,以其多项优势被选为国产化中的一员,共同合作实现大型挤压机组的安全稳定运行。
As the key equipment of large-scale ethylene equipment in petrochemical industry,largescale extrusion and granulation unit determines the integrity of the whole process.The long-term dependence of the machine on imports has seriously restricted the development of China's petrochemical industry,therefore,Sinopec decided to implement the localization of large-scale extrusion and granulation units.Dalian Rubber and Plastic Machinery Co.Ltd.and other enterprises and institutions are jointly responsible for the development of large-scale extrusion and granulation units.As the leader of the domestic industry,DCS control system of Zhejiang SUPCON is selected as one of the localization members for its multiple advantages to jointly realize the safe and stable operation of large-scale extrusion unit.
