摘要
本文基于对云南吴氏扶阳学术流派代表人物吴荣祖教授的学术思想及临床经验进行总结,从中提炼出云南吴氏扶阳学术流派认识临床亚阳虚证的学术思想及临床运用经验。本文从云南吴氏扶阳学术流派临证对“命门火”、“阳气”与“气”之间的学术关系入手,提出了临床“亚阳虚证”的根源在于人体命门火的不足,随后再从中医四诊中论述亚阳虚证的四诊证象,以及针对亚阳虚证的治疗方法,最后依托临床真实病例进行分析,从实际病例中展示临床治疗亚阳虚证的方法及效果。全文力求完善扶阳学术流派的学术思想体系,特别是对中医“治未病”的特色思维方法在扶阳学术层面的具体运用进行从理、法、方、药全面认识及实践的论述,为中医同道提供一种可以借鉴并用于临床行之有效的中医辨治思维方法。
Based on the summary of the academic thought and clinical experience of Professor Wu Rongzu,the representative of the Wu Fuyang academic school in Yunnan,this paper extracts the academic thought and clinical application experience of the Yunnan Wu Fuyang academic school in understanding clinical sub-Yang deficiency syndrome.Starting with the clinical relationship between“Life Gate Fire”,“Yang-Qi”and“Qi”of the Wu Strengthening Yang school in Yunnan,this paper points out that the root of clinical“sub-Yang deficiency syndrome”lies in the deficiency of Human Life.t discusses the four diagnosis symptoms of sub-Yang deficiency syndrome from the four diagnosis of traditional Chinese medicine,as well as the treatment methods for sub-Yang deficiency syndrome,and finally based on the analysis of real clinical cases,the method and effect of clinical treatment of sub-Yang deficiency syndrome were shown from the actual cases.The full text strives to improve the academic ideological system of the Strengthening Yang school,especially to discuss the specific application of the characteristic thinking method of“preventive treatment of disease”of traditional Chinese medicine at the academic level of Strengthening Yang from the aspects of theory,method,prescription and medication and.to provide a thinking method of TCM differentiation and treatment,which can be used for reference and can be used in clinic.
