三孔胸腔镜肺叶切除术与单孔胸腔镜肺叶切除术治疗非小细胞肺癌患者的疗效比较 被引量:2

摘要 目的:研究单孔胸腔镜肺叶切除术治疗非小细胞肺癌患者的效果。方法:选取2018年2月~2019年2月收治的非小细胞肺癌患者98例为研究对象,按照手术方法不同分为对照组与观察组,各49例。对照组采用三孔胸腔镜肺叶切除术治疗,观察组采用单孔胸腔镜肺叶切除术治疗。比较两组手术指标(术中出血量、手术时间、切口长度、淋巴结清扫数目)、术后恢复情况(胸腔引流量、带管时间、住院时间),术后1 d、3 d、7 d疼痛评分及并发症发生情况。结果:两组手术时间、淋巴结清扫数目比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组术中出血量少于对照组,切口长度小于对照组(P<0.05);观察组胸腔引流量少于对照组,带管时间、住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后1 d、3 d、7 d疼痛评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率4.08%,低于对照组的16.33%(P<0.05)。结论:采用单孔胸腔镜肺叶切除术治疗非小细胞肺癌患者能减少出血量,缩短切口长度、带管时间、住院时间,减轻患者术后疼痛,减少并发症发生。
