摘要
目的:观察梅花针刺络拔罐治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛(PHN)患者的临床效果。方法:选取56例PHN患者为研究对象,采取随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组28例。对照组采取普通针刺治疗,观察组采取梅花针刺络拔罐治疗,比较两组患者治疗前后疼痛程度评分、睡眠质量指数,临床疗效及不良事件发生率。结果:治疗后,两组视觉模拟评分法评分和匹兹堡睡眠质量指数均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率为92.86%,高于对照组的71.43%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良事件发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:梅花针刺络拔罐治疗PHN患者,可提高治疗总有效率,降低疼痛程度评分和睡眠质量指数,其效果优于普通针刺治疗效果。
Objective:To observe clinical effects of plum blossom needle acupuncture and cupping on patients with postherpetic neuralgia(PHN).Methods:56 PHN patients were selected as the research objects,and were divided into observation group and control group by using the random number table method,28 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional acupuncture treatment,while the observation group was treated with plum blossom needle acupuncture and cupping.The pain score,sleep quality index,clinical efficacy and incidence of adverse events were compared between the two groups before and after the treatment.Results:After the treatment,the visual analogue scores and Pittsburgh sleep quality indexes of the two groups were lower than those before the treatment;those of the observation group were lower than those of the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the observation group was 92.86%,which was higher than 71.43%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse events between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Plum blossom needle acupuncture and cupping in the treatment of the PHN patients can improve the total treatment effective rare and reduce the pain score and sleep quality index.Moreover,it is superior to single conventional acupuncture treatment.
