摘要
目的探究卡培他滨联合奥沙利铂(CapeOX)对中晚期结直肠癌的治疗成本和效果。方法选取本院2018年3月至2019年1月收治的48例中晚期直肠癌患者,随机均分为观察组和对照组,各24例。观察组采用CapeOX方案进行治疗,对照组采用5-氟尿嘧啶/亚叶酸钙联合奥沙利铂(mFOLFOX6)方案进行治疗,观察记录两组的治疗效果、医疗成本及不良反应。结果观察组治疗效果明显优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗成本高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论卡培他滨联合奥沙利铂对中晚期结直肠癌的治疗效果显著,不良反应较小,患者的治疗满意度较高。
Objective To explore the cost and effect of capecitabine combined with oxaliplatin(CapeOX)in the treatment of advanced colorectal cancer.Methods 48 patients with advanced rectal cancer admitted to our hospital from March 2018 to January 2019 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 24 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with CapeOX regimen,while the control group was treated with 5-fluorouracil/calcium folinate combined with oxaliplatin(mFOLFOX6)regimen.The therapeutic effect,medical cost and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed and recorded.Results The treatment effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The treatment cost of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Capecitabine combined with oxaliplatin is effective in the treatment of advanced colorectal cancer with less toxicity and higher satisfaction.
