摘要
随着"一带一路"倡议的逐步实施,共建"一带一路"、构建人类命运共同体成为全世界的共识。一些发展中国家没有成熟的行业产业,没有完善的职业教育人才培训模式和课程体系,更没有优质的对外精品开放课程,严重缺乏装备制造业技术技能人才。针对职业教育协同"走出去"企业的需求,哈尔滨职业技术学院通过开展"语言+技术"的工业汉语对外开放精品课程建设,从课程建设必要性、课程建设目标、课程建设标准与思路、课程建设内容、课程评价五个方面进行相关研究,对培养"精技术、通汉语、懂文化"的技术技能国际化人才提供必要保证。
With the application of "The Belt and Road" initiative, it has been the whole world’s consensus to construct "The Belt and Road" and build a community with a shared future. Some developing countries have no mature industries, no complete talents cultivation modes and curriculum system of vocational education, and no opening-up high-quality curriculum which lead to be serious lack of skilled talents with equipment manufacturing technology. Based on the demands of vocational coordination of "going out", Harbin vocational and technical college carries out the high-quality curriculum construction of industrial Chinese with the form of "language+technology" and has a thorough research on the necessity of curriculum construction, the curriculum goals, the construction standard and thoughts, the curriculum contents, and the curriculum evaluation in order to provide the essential guarantee for the skilled and international talents with the quality of high technique, proficient in Chinese, and understanding culture.
