摘要
在实际电路开关过程中,开关器件是在承受电压或电流时开通或者断开,电压与电流在上升和下降过程会出现重叠进而产生较大的开关损耗,且损耗与开关频率成正比。为此提出利用软开关技术来减少开关损耗带来的负面影响。基于半桥式软开关变换器和移相控制全桥式软开关变换器的原理和工作模态,分析了实现软开关的影响条件,并设计了仿真电路主要元器件的工作参数,最后基于仿真工具MATLAB软件搭建了500V/25kHz的半桥式软开关变换器和移相控制全桥式软开关变换器仿真模型,仿真结果表明利用软开关技术对电路引入谐振过程以后,开关管在开关过程中电压与电流交叠时间t接近零,即开关损耗趋向零,验证了电路设计的正确性与可行性,为软开关技术有效减少开关损耗的应用提供了理论依据。
In the actual circuit switching process,the switching device is on or off when it bears the voltage or current.The voltage and current will overlap in the rising and falling process,resulting in a large switch loss,and the loss is proportional to the switching frequency.In this paper,soft switching technology is proposed to reduce the negative impact of switching loss.Based on the principle and working mode of half bridge soft switch converter and phase-shift control full bridge soft switch converter,the influence conditions of realizing soft switch are analyzed,and the working parameters of main components of simulation circuit are designed.Finally,the simulation model of 500 V/25 kHz half bridge soft switch converter and phase-shift control full bridge soft switch converter is built based on MATLAB software.The simulation results show that the overlapping time t of voltage and current is close to zero,that is,the switching loss tends to zero,which verifies the correctness and feasibility of the circuit design,and provides a theoretical basis for the application of soft switch technology to effectively reduce switching loss.
